It is okay. Most names are foreign and the sentences are cut off.

Doesnt work well on ipad but works well on iphone. Has nice search feature for searching by name or meaning or letter. On ipad, the app will close unexpectedly sometimes, and the top part of the screen gets cut off when typing in something to search so u cant see what u r typing. If you have the app on two different devices, the names u save as favorites on one device will not sync over to the other device automatically.

I just use this app to name characters in the stories I write, and its very useful to me. I like how you can either search for a meaning or an actual name. Its very well set-up.

Not too bad, really. The search by meaning tool is nifty, and while I have not checked them all, for the most part the names and definitions are pretty accurate. Next version needs Biblical references where name or root name/meaning can be found, short top ten list of famous historical people who have had the name (do give context in whether the name has been abused, like Benedict Arnold, for example), and a suggestion or complement tool to offer a list of complementary names using rules like: If first name is 4+ syllables, middle name is 1-2 syllables, or based upon complementary meanings. So "Peaceful" and "Warrior" dont end up together. :-P

I have the new iPhone 6 using iOS 8 and this app force closes every time you try to open it. I have deleted it and reinstalled it several times and it still doesnt work. Please fix it.

I liked the app and had my list of favorites saved, but since updating my iPhone to the latest iOS, it wont open! Ive lost my list with just 2 weeks til baby comes! Hope it is fixed SOON!

Needs an update. Wont even open before it crashes- I feel for the parents who were planning their baby name here! At least I have time to start over elsewhere.

Maybe you should try it. At least for me after install after 3 tries Ive deleted app.

I loved this app but after the last update it now tries to launch and then shuts its self down. Not very useful when it wont launch open.

Tons of ads. Searched for a name meaning gift and got 0 results.

The ads for this app are ridiculous. And I might have overlooked that fact had it not frozen and refused to show me any names. Didnt stop it from showing me the dang ads though..... Deleted.

Found only one name out of the several that I searched, and there are ads popping up one after another. As if the ads were not annoying enough, the app kept freezing and I would have to exit and go back in.

I liked this app but it shuts down and closes after you open it now, theres no update and its the only app that does it in my phone. I tried rebooting my phone numerous times /: So now I cant see the names I already have a list of!

Great App but when there are no results for the names it freezes and an add pops up.

The creators of this app didnt put a lot of effort into sincerely helping women find unique or usable names for their children. Basic run-of-the-mill names even though you can pick the origin. They are Tom Dick and Harry names of all the cultures available to choose from.

Please update this app!!!!!!
